No i feel ya. My friend was seriously considering ending himself and used drinking as a vice to cope with it. It got to the point where he broke down and made the decision to check himself into some sort of facility before he went through with the alternative. He’s been sober going on for probably 4 years now and is in a managerial position at his fairly unique job. I know he was honest with his doctor/care taker when he checked himself in and they took him seriously and helped.

I obviously don’t know what you’re going through or how your experience has gone but just don’t give up. There is someone out there with the authority and credentials to genuinely help you and they will listen to you. Don’t give up

I was simply being proactive as I know I can spiral since I experienced something I haven’t in years. When I spiral I can do impulsive dangerous things. So I went to crisis and then they put me in a room for about 7 hours and didn’t talk to me until I asked to check myself out because I wasn’t a “risk” or “suicidal”

The American health care system mentally or physically do not care about people. It seems like they simply saw you weren’t an active threat to them and put it off as long as possible

Used to but I can’t find one I like after I got promoted to adult and couldn’t see my child one. So I’ve been bouncing around
