I love my friend but she’s so deeply insecure. She gets annoyed that I like to put effort into my appearance & take care of myself. I’m starting to get sick of it

Girl drop her before she tries to fuck your man or sabotage your job or something. Those types r the ones that do that. Don’t tell yourself “oh she’d never do that” cuz baby she will. A real friend celebrates your successes (which includes looking beautiful) and an enemy is upset by them. She’s not your friend. Maybe she wants to be, but her insecurities & jealousy will never let her.

No problem 🤍. Yeah I’ve had to deal with the same thing so I know that it sucks but tbh it’s better in the long run. Especially when you can share your achievements or new hairstyle or whatever without having to walk on eggshells!
