My 40 year old student was just lamenting to me today. What is the worst part?

As a 19 year old student I genuinely respect the hell out of anyone who does college on top of an adult life. So, good job. I hope your family is proud of you.

Honestly, I’m a sophomore in college and think it should be normalized. 30 is still young but I think you’re in a better position to be in college than a lot of freshman/sophomores. You’ve probably had some time to discover a bit about yourself & what you like. Going to college right after high school is cool but I’ve always found it sad that we’re pressured into figuring out what we wanna do for the rest of our lives sooo early
