She has been making comments about how "every time we go out something bad happens" like girl last time I thought a man was following us and i freaked out and this time a man wanted to rape me. Every other time i was perfectly behaved

That actually sucks I’m sorry that happened to you. Good friends NEVER leave you stranded at the bar and in general should be aware of her surroundings and help a sister out. If I were you I’d be fed up w/her
