That’s why I always use “m’lady” or “m’ladies” to address the opposite sex. It lets them know I care and respect their boundaries, but also it gives off this debonair vibe like I could be a treasure hunter or swashbuckling pirate gentleman.

I think some men forget that in a sentence you wouldn’t say Men and Females. You’d say Men and Women. Saying Females is dehumanizing because that’s the word we use to talk about gender in animals. It’s really not hard to address us as people and say ‘woman’. Some men just don’t feel human themselves and there for want to make us smaller to satisfy ego.
