IT HAPPENED AGAIN Nothing but boxers on, jus a comforter no blankets, ceiling fan on medium, window open for fresh air flow, and still I woke up as if I’d been in the pool FREE ME

I either go to sleep too covered up, and wake up drenched in sweat. Or I make it super cold to avoid that, and then wake up with a sore throat from sleeping in a freezing room. Literally what do I do?
