The files were on appeal under Biden it was still an open investigation and they STILL had victims going to the FBI under Biden. They couldn’t release them because to do so would not allow more evidence to come forward. You don’t take a case off appeal because new evidence cannot be considered when it is. Look into law this is a common practice with huge cases like this. See that’s the interesting part. I’m glad it’s happening. The right is going full mask off and exposing themselves everyday as fascist. This defeat will radicalize the left and force policy change.
