 As a man who has been suffering diagnosed clinical depression since Middle School, please give therapy another short, even if you didn’t enjoy your 1st or 2nd therapist. Good therapists are out there and can make a huge difference. Advocate for yourself❤️

Been struggling since MS too and thought I’d never go back to therapy after having multiple bad therapists, so glad I gave it another shot. Finally feels like there’s hope for me
