This means you were anxious af/not turned on/defensive. I get it, I literally have to mentally guide myself into relaxing to put a tampon in 😭 Sometimes you gotta mentally force her to relax. Unless you're genuinely not okay with the situation, then let it remain clamped shut (she does this to keep hostile invaders out the best that she can)

look into pelvic floor exercises to help your muscles relax!! i had the same issue, and it isn’t fun to deal with at all
