i know me and i have daddy issues but i try not to let it run me, thats kinda just what i meant. Like just bc smth happened to u doesnt mean it should completely change ur behavior or whatever (to a degree)

yeah that's valid. i just hate the stigma that having daddy issues makes me a "submissive woman" to authoritative men. i'll die before i submit to a man
