It's so funny how if you tell a gym bro you eat 1500cals/day they'll freak out and call you anorexic and go off about malnourishment. But if you tell them you're on an 'aggressive cut' eating 1200cals/day, they're like 'HELL YEAH, SO LOCKED IN 😍'
I think the difference is cutting means you’re doing it temporarily for a purpose, meanwhile just saying you eat 1500 calories makes people concerned if you’re doing it long term
