To address your “chart” sure chopped Trump on taxes in tips wasn’t an original idea…inflation is always insane and house prices skyrocketed due to Biden giving out home loans so you think adding 25k down payment assistance alleviates that? No price will go up more. Grocery stores operate in 2% profit margins, that hasn’t increased so you can’t sanction them to lower prices, it’s not greed. She can’t lower rent that’s illegal, there’s no price fixing. They charge more because the house costs more
