I’ve been feeling pretty shitty too. I’m a sophomore now and freshman year was hard on me I just don’t feel comfortable. I haven’t made much friends it’s just work/school/home I’ve been to some parties but I dunno I’m feeling a lack of confidence.

It’s best to make friends with similar or common interests. Do you like to party? Like genuinely or is it more of an everyone else does it may as well try to meet people at parties?

I like partying the thing is I act like an introvert when I’m a extrovert. I’m scared that when I finally talk no one will care for what I have to say.

I get that. I’m sort of the same way. I’m not a partier but I don’t mind being at parties. I usually just vibe by myself and let people approach me. Make sure everyone is having a good time, help out the super trashed people, just be chill

Yeah taking care of the wasted people. I’m pretty chill around people but I wish I showed more because I like talk a lot and so do the people around me so it almost feels competitive sometimes anyway thanks for the advice! 😊

You have a great attitude. I would just say if people approach you for a conversation just be unapologetically yourself and be authentic. It’s radiant. Dont be afraid to have weird or deep conversations. I’d rather meet someone for the first time and immediately start talking about past traumas and conspiracies than superficial small talk
