Fr working out it one of the best ways to let out rage in a healthy way. I barely work out but I recently got something that’s between a walking pad and a treadmill. I had a shit housemate who wasn’t paying his agreed share of the rent and acted like he ran the place. He started yelling at me for something I had calmly asked about and instead of yelling back, I just went to my room and jogged it off so I could calmly talk to our other housemate and landlord abt it
