He might be having a trauma response or panic attack. Definitely do the advice given but honestly if you can’t snap him out of it I’d call 911. This coming from someone who’s had panic attacks

There is something deeper than you know going on with him. Personally id try to get him out asap. He should have communicated about his issues before doing anything with you. He is not your responsibility
