
I'm not trying to be a bitch or encourage poor eating behaviors, but if you are super overweight and gaining/unable to lose weight, you are almost 100% consuming enough calories that you could cut either breakfast or lunch and still be hitting a healthy amount of food to meet your caloric needs. Breakfast is easy to cut and there are low sugar/low cal snacks if you need something to hold you over
In the most respectful way possible, if your upset about it then do something about it. It is your life, you have the power to take control. I understand that it’s not easy and you may have health complications, but you can become who you want to be. Show up for yourself. That’s how you learn to love yourself. Op I’m so sorry about how many people in here are acting like the most obvious solution is to push past your condition and lose weight anyway like it’s easy. But I can promise you that someone out there will love you for you, no matter if you can’t lose the weight, no matter if you do find a way. A good partner will help you through this
