
you probably need a mama makeover and to do things that remind you of you again. I know that’s easier said than done with a newborn, but I feel like it’s easy to not want sex when you just gave birth (no matter how good of an experience it was) because of so many different very valid reasons. your body needs to recover from feeling at constant access to everybody else- feeling over touch but like you still need to do normal things like feedings and snuggles and skin to skin with your new baby
