
please don’t beat yourself up over your size / weight, and if you’re gonna pursue weight loss, please just be sure not to overdo it with the exercise and dieting. i know from experience that at a certain size it can feel like the only way to make “progress” is to center your whole life around shrinking your body, but as an obsession it can be So counterproductive to your health & happiness
not my intention to tell you what to do ofc, bodily autonomy is important. i just have a lot of love for other people on the larger side who struggle with self-image, i think we’re more legitimately traumatized by that shit than most people realize, and i wanna make sure you know that no matter What size you are you don’t deserve any disrespect over it
