You mean the people with money/influence/power? Because 95% of those ignorant white people don’t colonize or even have a means of dehumanizing someone, besides their words. The really dehumanizing people are the ones who pretend to be understanding and sympathetic before exploiting you in a major way. This is not limited to white people—rich people come in all shapes, genders, and ethnicities.

I agree that idea “black fatigue” is stupid, but the real issue is bigger than that. It comes down to the wealthy and politicians manipulating people by pushing narratives that blame Black people for society’s problems, just like Black communities have been fed the idea that white people are the root of all the world’s issues. The truth is since the beginning of time powerful people take advantage of weaker communities no matter what race they are.
