Tell this to him! He’s part of your support system for a reason better to let him know why your acting different rather than him being confused

I do sometimes, but he’ll always say “I don’t know what to say”, and that just makes me realize that I’m the problem. I’m in therapy bc he’s not my therapist but it’s hard
