Cutting stimulants out of my life is what really made things start shaking with the gain imo I struggled mostly with appetite, but since cutting down to 1 cup of coffee a day before 10am and no nicotine, I’ve been getting hungrier Eating (even if a light snack) at the first hunger cue instead of fighting through it made me start getting hungry regularly again, and at least 1 nutritionally dense(ish) meal a day gives me a lot more energy and improves my mood which makes working out easier to do

To do consistently. Then it’s like this positive feedback loop where I’m eating, have energy, go gym, work out and get hungry, come home and eat. Achieving this cycle has got me gaining alll the muscle in place of where I would otherwise store fat (primarily quads and arms). And since muscle is heavier than fat, I look more similar to my previous build, albeit my boobies have also grown, but my weight is getting higher since I’m just trading fat for muscle. Highly recommend!!
