Ice detention camps? They’ve gone out of their way to say that murder and sexual abuse within the camps are not their responsibility. Many information of the whereabouts and conditions of their inmates are kept opaque, and many have simply just gone missing. The lack of due process of admitted inmates have made it so that many who are taken there against their will may not actually be illegal immigrants, but sometimes citizens. Mass incarceration is encouraged to hit quota without real justice.

Oh look, just read an article. David Courvelle pled guilty to sexually assaulting Nicaraguan woman for several months at ICE detention facility. In exchange, he would bring pictures of the victims daughter, along with food and other gifts (which is against ice rules). He hired lookout while assaulting her in the janitor closet. He initially denied these accusations back in September.
