I may be completely wrong and you may j be lazy… however I’m thinking that’s incorrect. I think you need to seek therapy or help for mental health. I’ve been there too and it is a huge waste of money so I’m guessing getting out of bed and getting ready already requires all of your energy which is a big depressive episode indicator. I think getting mental health help is the long term solution here
