You know, obese rates would decrease if all these cities and states were walkable. Who’s walking every day when I’m not looking at nothing but woods? You literally have to drive somewhere nice to walk. Build more malls, restaurants, fun spots etc.

It’s not about anyone being lazy. It’s the fact that I’m not walking every day, and all I see is wood, and most times you can’t walk everywhere because people drive cars, and people can’t drive. It’s crazy you have to drive 20 minutes to a trail with a beach just to have something to walk for. Not everyone has cars and not every place has buses and Ubers add up.

You do realize the obesity rate is because most of our food is made with lots of chemicals and sugar right?

That’s not why most people are obese. You would know that if you took five minutes out of your day to research that. Go to a clinic and ask why the obese rates are high and they will tell you.

Yeah I’ve done my research actually. I’ve watched documentaries, taken health classes, and more. One of the reasons is because of chemicals and sugar. Mainly sugar. A bottle of Mountain Dew has around 145% of your daily value of sugar. One bottle. And lots of Americans drink multiple a day. Yes exercise and lack of it is another factor but like the saying you can’t outrun a poor diet.
