I'm sure you don't. Don't stress on it. Sometimes it js doesn't happen. Please don't ever let a man make you feel bad/guilty that you didn't climax. Thank him for the effort, encourage and share the things you liked the most, then finish yourself or look forward to a (hopefully better) next time.

maybe he's bad at it, maybe you need a different stim to get there, maybe it was just an off night.... could be a million things.... he came while eating you.... I'm sure he is happy, but also js trying to make sure you get yours as well
