I really feel like that’s going to happen. Especially with apartment complexes and restaurants. Like apartments are already charging application fees, admin fees, holding fees, security deposit, first and last month rent, damage fees, parking fees, pet fees, amenity fees, location fees,usage fees and now we’re gonna have AI fees.

PG&E already tacked a $20 charge on certain income brackets in areas where they’re paying for data centers 😍
