Anyways OP I thought this was great and personally I’d feel so reassured if I was a woman because plan B is always so stressful for my fiancée

Not that it’s any of your business but we typically are safe and responsible. I am married and am allowed to have fun sometimes!

Dawg shut up. Women can’t have abortions, can’t have plan b and can’t have birth control to prevent said abortions. Do you want them to just sit in a locked room until they’re having children? Christ

I get so stressed buying it because it’s always locked up so you have to talk to like 4 people to get it but I only talked to women and they were all so supportive

Another lady goes “oooh the no baby pill SLAY!” And it made my day I love living where I live

Yeah I’ve bought a few and even though it’s not about me, I always get this feeling of being looked down on for the assumption that I didn’t wrap it up during a hookup or something. Sometimes she forgets her pill and gets really anxious even though we use condoms too, so rather safe than sorry

Exactlyyyyy. I have had negative reactions to most birth control I’ve been on so I can’t take it. We typically still wrap it up but plan b is literally there for those emergency situations where you forget, are having too much fun, or something rare happens

It wouldn’t be the end of the world if I did get pregnant but it’s there so I don’t and I’m thankful. I also am NOT keeping my legs closed around my sexy ass husband so

Exactly. She also uses it as sparingly as possible, because it causes really bad cramps and mood swings for her :/ I feel bad for her when she takes it but again, definitely better than pregnancy 😅

Women can definitely do that. They can do whatever they want! Just like I have the ability to comment and so do you! I just said I associate the product with unsafe sex.

So see it is typically associated with not safe sex? Interesting it’s like it’s the general consensus haha

I think unsafe sex would more likely be skipping the safeguard altogether and recklessly letting nature run its course. It’s just a safeguard used at a different point in time relative to the sex.

She uses birth control and I use condoms, she just has severe anxiety. How is that unsafe sex? And no one on planet earth has ever taken a daily pill every single day at the same time, exactly following the instructions, without missing it at least once. It’s a common human mistake.

Yes it’s a safeguard for pregnancy. It’s not a safeguard for STIs

And we get tested often and are clean so what’s your point? You’re moving the goal post. OP and I are both referring to the sex we have in our committed, monogamous relationships.

You do know what moving the goal post means right? I’m not moving it I’m just stating facts. Taking Plan B is a safeguard for pregnancy. It does not prevent STIs

Also yeah you can still have unprotected risky sex in a committed relationship, monogamous or not

Nobody said it prevented STIs. We were talking about pregnancy. We are also talking about two people in long term committed relationships where neither partner is cheating
