it just means it wasn’t you that gave it to her, i think she should find out who gave it to her and place that anger somewhere else like i get it you lied to her but you couldn’t have been the one to give it to her because once you have it then you have it for life

Not much you can tell her man you’ve already been honest about the test result. Give her some space let her process it and then once she’s cooled off see if things are any better
