sometimes i move over but if it’s just one person and they’re tailgating me i wait for them to get tired of snorting my ass crumbs and pass me once you start driving 20+ over the speed limit or 85+, you can get charged with reckless endangerment which can land you in jail for a YEAR where i live

Cops will even tell you “9 hour fine, 10 your mine” meaning as long as you’re not going crazy over the speed limit they’re not gonna pull you over. But it it literally a rule that you are supposed to move out of the way in the left lane. It is technically considered the passing lane because you should only be in it when pass, or if the road is clear behind you and you’re not blocking traffic. Learn the rules of the road please :)

my mom has been pulled over by a cop for going 7 over. last week a sheriff drove 22 miles over the speed limit right in front of me (i know because i sped up to catch up). cops everywhere are not the same
