I drive 10 over the speed limit, and the “fast lane” is the lane I need to be in because after a couple miles there’s a stoplight and then I have to make a Michigan left (u turn) to get where I need to go. And if I don’t stay in that lane as I approach the light it will be nearly impossible to get over to make the turn.

sometimes i move over but if it’s just one person and they’re tailgating me i wait for them to get tired of snorting my ass crumbs and pass me once you start driving 20+ over the speed limit or 85+, you can get charged with reckless endangerment which can land you in jail for a YEAR where i live

That’s literally how the road works. If you’re in the left lane and someone comes up behind you, move over. You’re the worst type of driver on the road.

Cops will even tell you “9 hour fine, 10 your mine” meaning as long as you’re not going crazy over the speed limit they’re not gonna pull you over. But it it literally a rule that you are supposed to move out of the way in the left lane. It is technically considered the passing lane because you should only be in it when pass, or if the road is clear behind you and you’re not blocking traffic. Learn the rules of the road please :)

my mom has been pulled over by a cop for going 7 over. last week a sheriff drove 22 miles over the speed limit right in front of me (i know because i sped up to catch up). cops everywhere are not the same

So every time someone comes up behind me trying to speed and ride my tail, I stay there. And let them drive around me, I’m not missing my turn cause these people wanna get speeding tickets.

That’s different if there are lights and turns on the roads. That makes sense to stay in your lane for that. This rule of moving over just applies to interstates.
