A year ago all I wanted was to leave this town, and I worked super hard for a couple months and was able to make it happen. I’d never wanna live here again, but it’s a quick trip down memory lane.

You’ll get there!! Trust me if you put the work into continually improving you will make it. It took me 6 months, and even then I made it pretty much my full time job. I was researching how to improve my resume, what to say, what kind of job would be best for me/I would be best qualified for, and I ended up somewhere I really enjoyed.

I started off with 0 responses, to a couple first stage interviews, to a couple second stage interviews, to several 2nd stage interviews, to a couple 3rd stage interviews, and finally 2 offers, I took 1.

One thing that helped me is I would apply to really similar jobs, sometimes the same job just in a ton of different locations across the U.S. I talked to managers from Florida to Washington (the state)

One thing that also helped was understanding their perspective and what they want out of an employee. Become the spitting image of their ideal employee!!!
