
It helps if you have understanding bosses, because even if they get a stupid af complaint they’ll hear your side. When I worked in retail I was very used to taking shit. Then one day my manager watched me get cussed out by a customer for doing nothing wrong, stood up for me, and as soon as the guy left she was like “you don’t have to take that. Somebody talks to you like that again, kick them out of the store.”
ive gotten away with calling someone a pompous, Ive called customers bullies straight to their faces. Ive told them thats not professional to say in a working environment and they cry. I scold people that are unsanitary and they throw fits but never report 😂 The public needs training
I understand Americans are struggling with the increase of population and service industry struggling but every other country is able to stay patient. America has failed its citizens by giving them the expectation of everything being immediate. To the point these people have no idea how to just fcking breathe.
