Either set strict boundaries or simply stop being friends if it’s really starting to effect your mental health. I was in a similar situation and when I stopped being friends with similar people my life instantly got a lot better and felt the emotional relief

Been there done that. It’s really hard to do bur create those boundaries babes! They wont let up until you do!
