If you can’t afford transportation, food, clothing, or basic necessities for yourself, DO NOT HAVE KIDS. If you cannot afford anything without taxes, DO NOT HAVE KIDS. It’s not that child’s burden to carry nor is it their fault that you are poor.

You know history is clear that eugenics is a crackpot theory. Ibn Battuta traveled earlier and further than Marco Polo and he observed the society and the peoples. He deduced any noble family bloodline goes extinct within 150 years. Frederick Nietzsche is argued to be friendly to eugenics but he did say that the aristocracy damages their generics and goes extinct and a distant cousin that is poor fills the void to be the new aristocracy.

Notice the people who pay and advocate for eugenics, they come from families who at one point were basically inbred. As they gain more wealth, such practices come back because the biggest conspiracy against them are in-laws that will take their estates. Eugenics for the poor but not for them.
