This is where the fact that I know more about the situation than you do comes into play. They already tried to press this charge, and it was dismissed. The law requires the specific intent to disrupt the services (not just that the service was disrupted). A journalist covering people protest is very obviously not there for the purpose of disrupting the service. This charge will be quickly dropped or defeated - which is why it was dismissed by the first magistrate judge. You're just a cuck.

Oh, Mr. ‘I know more’ with his selective facts. Magistrate dismissed warrants, but grand jury indicted them anyway on conspiracy and FACE Act—intent’s for court, not your cope. And the non lawyer keeps yapping anyway. Grand juries indict ham sandwiches - the government can essentially lie to them because they aren't really adversarial proceedings . The government went insane and tried to appeal a magistrate judge to a district judge and then an appeals court. This never happens. "Intents for court" and there is obviously no intent here, which is why it was rejected. You hate the first amendment because you're a cuck.

Facts here aren't selective at all, they're completely on the mark. One of the acts the government alleges shows lemon's intent to disrupt is that he told his viewers "these protestors have disrupted the service, which is of course the point." Very obviously said by someone reporting, but this moron government is trying to argue it's proof he was in on a conspiracy (which is probably constitutionally protected in its own right).

It's long established that journalists can cover protests and criminal acts and not be "part" of them. A major protest at a church led by an ice admin is news, reporters get to cover it.
