I’m not the guy you were talking to but also, people have types. I’m just not attracted to black women. For all I know, you could be the kindest, sweetest person ever. You probably are. But if the attraction isn’t there, the respectful thing to do is not waste either of our times.

That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t like black people in general. It just means that isn’t romantically/sexually attracted to them. I don’t think people who say that are intending to be racist.
