I hate tinder as a guy. idk what i'm doing wrong. just get barely any likes and the likes i do get are (somehow) dudes or Trans women but like the really ugly kind with plastic surgery and coating makeup (there are very very pretty trans women out there)

idk what i'm looking for, i like talkin to people and meeting up. there's some real nice people on tinder if you look hard enough but the app is so hookup driven it's hard to really avoid that

that's valid, unfortunately as a guy in STEM, the attractive girls (to me) in my class are very limited, and cold approaching girls now a days could literally get you hit with harassment if you're not their type lol

i've had a few weird shots taken at me and also thrown myself. one worked it was a girl from texas. i think it's still crazy people dive head first into Yikyak for stuff like that lol

Yeah everything is f*cked rn. Guys risk getting creep allegations from hitting on a girl. Girls risk getting assaulted from talking to a guy. Idk how we as a society are going to be able to proceed. Now that I think about it, as a girl, I hate dating apps bc the thought of meeting w a guy from the internet is laughably dangerous to me 😭
