
Tf you mean it’s not much?!? I mean putting it on is generally one of the easiest things you can do without even trying. It’s basically unavoidable for a lot more people than you’d think it would be. But as you already know it’s easily one of the most difficult and challenging things to reverse course and lose it. So don’t you dare downplay that huge accomplishment you’ve achieved by setting your eyes on the prize. You rock 💪
I started my journey at 390 and lost 15 lbs in abt 3 months it was rly hard but I was in that amazing mindset, I’ve sadly fell out of it bc I plateaued at 375 for a while and gained it back, the only good thing is I’ve been maintaining weight below what I started at. I understand how ur feeling and I rly wanna get back into that mindset instead of killing myself, it’s just super hard
