i’ve been far too scared to step on a scale as of lately. i’d estimate i’ve bounced back to 120lbs and am really really struggling with it mentally & im far too embarrassed to talk to my friends about it and ask for help

I am! I’m cutting down from 230 to 210 atm. I feel like 104 is prob too low unless you’re like 5’0. Just focus on building muscle and keeping body fat at healthy levels for your gender, don’t focus on weight so much as how you feel physically

5’4, so still pretty short tbh, but tysm <33 this might sound stupid but do u have anything specific for building muscle ?? like yes weightlifting / cardio etc but is there any thing or method you prefer or recommend over the other one ?? im sorry once again & good luck & congratulations!! ❤️❤️ i believe in you !!

Don’t apologize for asking lmao! Sleep is a factor a lot of people just gloss over, getting quality sleep is essential. Also eating .8g protein for every pound of lean mass you weigh. Push pull legs is a good workout split to follow, for you I’d say 120 is great tbh just try getting stronger
