Fasting works significantly better than dieting but requires way more discipline

Removing any dipping sauces like ketchup, mayo… etc from your diet. And consuming less sugar! Along with not an extreme and drastic amount of physical activity you’ll be fine My brother has been doing that and he just play sports a couple times a week for physical activity, he has changed a lot

I would look up weight loss habits specifically catered to your gender as normal routines are built around men
