I eat a lot of opioids so maybe I don’t have the best sense of how often normal people’s bowels are clean. I do wonder how that works out for people

Kind of surprising how well it seems to work out without many problems. Especially with how gigantic some people’s dicks are. I have no idea how they are not running into stuff up there
