like i’d tell my friends something that my bf did for me and within a day or two, the energy shifted and either he would be just nonchalant or upset at me when i didn’t do anything. it’s almost like a spiritual shift in energy that feels evil

So your guy friend starts acting different when you tell him something that your bf did for you? Sounds like he's jealous and potentially had/has a crush on you. He doesn't want to hear ab your bf so he distances himself and gets upset when you tell him ab your bf. That's my guess

“he” meant my bf at the time. his energy would shift towards me and it just never made sense to me
