i’m 23 but i feel so mentally immature. i have trouble forming my own opinions about things. i have trouble regulating my emotions. im over sensitive. i need help with a lot of stuff. i dont like dating. and a lot of my interests are childish

i just feel like everyone else is so ahead of me and i don’t know why im so behind. i don’t feel like an adult even tho i am one. i feel self conscious about it a lot and going to work and starting an official job has only made me more sensitive to these things
