He also made a move on me at a work party and we had a date planned until he met up with me before and told me he was too scared to pursue anything because of the possibility it would end badly

But there’s always the possibly it will end badly, make the move or you never find out. Might be good. Might be worth it.

He already made the move, he kissed me at a work party and even asked me on a date then backed out of it. I guess it doesn’t help that his dad is the owner where we work
