One of my parents is a teacher and has the same complaints. They love teaching in general but their job’s administration and some of the parents being bad influences is making everything so stressful and exhausting

And unfortunately bad parenting triumphs the good parenting. I’m glad I’m leaving this year but I really do like teaching. It’s just the lack of support and accountability
