Me and my ex always used to joke about him finishing inside me. We used to say it during sex too but knew we weren’t serious. A couple weeks ago he actually finished inside me and now I’m pregnant. He’s refusing to be there for me. What do I do

Personally I’m against abortion but if it’s what you think is best for you, it’s a legal option (whether it’s widely available or you have to travel to get to a place) If you choose to keep the baby, he doesn’t have a choice. Either he’s a part of the child’s life and pays child support, or is a deadbeat and still has to pay child support. Regardless, I wish you the best ❤️

Well on what bases can I say that I didn’t want to get pregnant? Because we joked about him finishing inside me on text but if I use it as evidence, how am I supposed to prove that it was a joke? He also told me he was gonna finish inside me but I thought he was joking and told him go to do it. Would he not use that against me

Doesn’t matter if it’s a joke, if he’s the father (which I highly presume he is based on your post and there’s no reason for a court to think otherwise) he’s on the hook for the next 18 years whether he wants to be or not Now regarding the joke, if you could provide some evidence that you clearly didn’t want him to finish inside you there could *maybe* be criminal charges but a prosecutor likely wouldn’t pursue that and either way you should focus on yourself instead of him. Btw, even if you had expressed a clear desire to not have him finish inside you, that is a possible outcome of unprotected or even protected sex so focusing on you and your pregnancy is the #1 priority ❤️
