I literally don’t know how to start conversations with people. Like I’ve been at my job for 3 months now and I’m not close to any of my coworkers because of they don’t start a conversation with me I just don’t know what to say to them besides work stuff😭

But I see them all talk so easily with each other and there are people newer than me that already seem close with everyone and I just don’t get it :(
