Ive gained so much weight to the point where im depressed asf so woulf it be crazy to just go on a water fast for the weekend. Its not like i have much food in my house anyway

fasting will fuck up your metabolism. just do a healthy calorie deficit and you can move more to increase your resting metabolic rate
