This is my hot take as a liberal: ppl should come here legally and actions should be taken. HOWEVER how the current administration is doing things is beyond wrong. Like where is the due process? Let’s not rip ppl out of there homes with no warning

again, why i said the system needs to be changed. i would love for the process to be easier, cheaper, and more accessible to everyone. i am simply separating the system from the principle, by saying whats so wrong about wanting people to follow the law? i do not think the enforcement of the law is currently correct, but its hurtful when the perception of having this opinion is “being hateful” when people i personally know people who struggled through the process
