There are videos on YouTube of 20-40 minute cardio workouts. Do three a day, incorporate both a shit ton of fluids and both non complex caloric food and protein. Protein will help your muscles stay strong during the workouts and make you feel full! Do not skip or starve, that actually makes it worse with bloating, eat when your hungry but not if your bored
