its moreso our socialization and the patriarchy than “biology”. sex in our society is heavily tied to power and control, and those dynamics cannot be removed from the rest of the social structures we live within. we also tend to view sex as something done “to women by men” instead of a mutual act, which adds to the power dynamics at play. there is nothing “natural” or “inherent”, it’s just the world we grew up in

Men’s hormones and high testosterone naturally make them, on average, more aggressive than women. Testosterone also allows for significantly more muscle growth which equals more strength which equals the power to dominate. So yes…biologically…it makes sense that men would be more dominant while women are more submissive. I don’t understand why people hate that this is true and don’t want to acknowledge it.
